Our AI chatbot, Ava, is powered by a third-party Large Language Model (LLM) accessed via a secure backend proxy. When you use the chatbot:
- Your messages are sent to our server and forwarded to the LLM provider for processing

- We do not store raw LLM conversations on our servers beyond the session
